NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Sometimes life gets in the way and you need to change your hair appointments. But canceling shortly before your visit or failing to show up impacts our stylists by causing them to lose the scheduled time you reserved this directly impacts their income, and we want to safeguard them.
To serve you best and support our team, please call or text us at 786.896.1387 no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services.
Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may not be able to provide all requested services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful, professional environment for both clients and stylists.
PARKING
To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that parking is available both directly in front of our store and at the back side of the store. You don't need to worry about parking at all—we have convenient parking spaces right at our location for your convenience.
We recommend using either the front or back parking spaces instead of searching for parking nearby, as easy-to-access spots are available right at our entrance for your comfort.
REFUND
On occasion, there may be a time things don't go according to plan or adjustments need to be made to your haircut or color. We ask that you please give us the chance to correct or adjust whatever needs to be done. We want to do everything we can to make sure you are happy, but if you don't give us the opportunity, we can't. To that end, we ask you give your original stylist the opportunity to correct any issues before we will issue any refunds and then only on a case-by-case basis.
